The spirit of our time calls for courage and determination. Hamlet – a son, a crown prince, an intellectual – is faced with a new task. To begin with, he has to fight with himself. Our time requires a different kind of response. The winner of our time will be Fortinbras, who shares Hamlet’s intellectual potential. And the moment when Hamlet and Fortinbras are joined in one person will be the moment of the new world order.
Hamlet by William Shakespeare raises a question of courage, determination, action and the redefining of the sense of an individual as an active and responsible co-creator of modern spirit and time in a multifaceted and omnipresent way.
