The red thread of the season 2019/20 was love.
Love is a celebration of life. When you celebrate, you share – life
and love – not because you have to, but because you can.
That is why Tadej Toš joined the season of love with the project Let’s Light up the Lights of Happiness.
He gave ten performances in the Small Stage venue under the joint title Laughter for a Smile, Free Style Comedy. Full proceeds of the series were donated at the end of the season when the theatre closed its door for the summer to open the door of a bus that took children from disadvantaged backgrounds to a seaside holiday.
It was our belief that, hand in hand, we could make things happen. We believed that theatre could turn words into action.
Let us make love real.
Love is freedom.
