Frequently asked questions

Tickets can be booked by e-mail ( or by phone (01 252 15 11) during the box office opening hours.

Booked tickets must be collected no later than one day before the performance.

We do not refund money for a purchased ticket, nor can it be exchanged for a different performance or event.

If a performance or an event is cancelled, you can exchange your ticket for a different performance or claim a refund (collectible within one month). In the event of a cancelled performance being replaced by a different one or an alternative date which does not suit you, you are to return the purchased tickets to the box office no later than one hour prior to the replacement performance.

Tickets can be purchased at the box office or online. Please register at the using your e-mail address and password. After you have selected seats for the desired event, you can pay with Mastercard or Visa card or with NLB Klik. The invoice and your tickets will be sent to your e-mail address.

Every theatre goer must have their own ticket.

Gift vouchers are available in the value of 16, 17, 18 and 20 EUR.

Gift vouchers can be purchased at the box office and on the website.

Gift vouchers are redeemable for two years from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers for a performance of your choice are redeemable at the box office or on the website.
