To wrap up our February Drama Acoustics series, we bring you a very special musical experience. The Main Stage will resonate with the sound of one of the most beautiful ballad renditions by Svetlana Makarovič, a bright and dark fairy tale of Snegurochka. Hers is a story of colossal sorrow and immeasurable beauty, as well as of longing and disappointment … A story that ends with a tender gift of Russian winter.

The book and CD with the recording of the Ballad of Snegurochka recital is a matchless literary and musical work unprecedented in Slovenia. The fabulous stage version is merged congenially with a wonderful music touching the deepest and the most hidden parts of the human soul.

An unusual blend of spoken word and music is a gift to the most sophisticated and demanding audience: the story will be made alive and sparkle as wonderful Russian ballad songs will be performed with astonishing bravura by Mar Django Quartet led by Vitalij Osmačko.
