Is depression caused by chemical imbalance in the brain? Is it conditioned by external factors, or is it rather a state of mind possessing a more accurate view and perception of the world? Are the causes internal, intrinsic, residing in the individuals, or is the cause external, rooted in the system? Is it the system that convinces us that we are sick? Does love equal one’s inner chemical processes? What happens if, all of a sudden, we can no longer trust our own feelings?
