Ana Pavlin completed her secondary education at the Grammar School in Novo Mesto before enrolling at the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film, and Television (University of Ljubljana), where she studied under Professors Nataša Barbara Gračner and Sebastijan Horvat. In 2019, she graduated cum laude, performing in Stadion Olympia, directed by Maša Pelko. A year later, she earned her master’s degree in theatre singing under the mentorship of Žare Prinčič and Darja Švajger.

During her studies, she appeared in several productions at the Ljubljana City Theatre, making her debut in 2017 in Drunks, (directed by Juš Zidar.) In the following years, she took on various roles in Stockholm, Pennsylvania (directed by Nataša Barbara Gračner), Volpone (directed by Diego de Brea), Three Million Minutes (directed by Barbara Hieng Samobor), That Face (directed by Tijana Zinajić), the musical A Better World (directed by Gregor Gruden), and The Stranger (directed by Barbara Hieng Samobor).

She has performed twice at the MGL & AGRFT concert and has appeared in several short films, including The Huntress (directed by Urška Djukić). Additionally, she was featured in the radio play Victims of Fashion Boom Boom, which won second place at the International Radio Drama Festival in Canterbury, UK. She regularly collaborates with RTV Slovenia, lending her voice to animated characters.

Her first collaboration with SNT Drama Ljubljana came in 2019 with the production Symposium, directed by Luka Marcen. As an ensemble member, she made her Main Stage debut at SNT Drama Ljubljana in For the Good of the Nation directed by Vito Taufer).
